We engaged The Walters Company to build a 3200 sq ft
custom home in the North End of Virginia Beach.
The lot presented some unusual drainage issues which required
patience and tenacity on the part of the builder performing
the required work and in working with the City especially at
the end of the job. Herb and his staff and subs did a fine job
in terms of craftsmanship, and were very responsive to our needs
and direction. They made every effort to insure that we were
satisfied with the work.

Holly and I would just like to express our sincere appreciation
for the professionalism and quality of work your crew has given
us in the last few weeks. When we contracted you to build a
sunroom for our home, that you also built, we weren't quite
sure what we were getting into. From the beginning to the end
of the project both you and your employees were there whenever
we needed any question answered. To top it all off, I can safely
say that both Holly and I feel this is one of the most beautiful
sun room additions we have ever seen. Once again, if you ever

if we EVER have any other project we were considering, there

I want to personally thank you and your crew for adding to the
value of my home. The bathroom looks spectacular and I could
not be more pleased. The fixtures, the vanity top, the Kohler
products, the window, all add to the nicely done ceramic tile
and tile around bath tub. I have really enjoyed sharing your
work with family and friends over the weekend.
The gentleman explained to me and demonstrated how the High-line
comfort toilet works and it is indeed, top of the line. I am
very appreciative, very thankful, and very pleased. I will highly
